Auctra designs its product and operations around practical security principles, including access control, data minimization, secure provider usage, responsible AI processing, and account protection.

2. Account and access protection

Auctra uses account protection measures to help keep user access secure.

These include secure authentication workflows, session protection, access controls, and safeguards against unauthorized account activity.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

3. Data safeguards

Auctra applies safeguards to protect user content, Brand Profiles, generated assets, Trust Panel records, and related account data.

Auctra limits access to user data based on operational need and uses service providers that support reliable and secure product operations.

Auctra does not sell user content.

Auctra does not use customer content to train shared AI models unless the user explicitly opts in where such an option is provided.

4. Connected accounts

Auctra may support integrations with publishing or workflow platforms where enabled.

Connected account data is used only to provide the integration features requested by the user.

Users can disconnect integrations where supported.

Auctra does not control third party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, API changes, or account decisions.

5. AI processing

Auctra uses AI and third party providers to support topic discovery, research, content generation, verification, image generation, and related workflows.

Auctra sends information into AI workflows only as needed to provide the requested feature.

Users should avoid entering highly sensitive, confidential, or unauthorized information unless they have the right to use that information and the use is lawful.

Auctra works to protect user data and product workflows, but no online service can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability.
