Auctra is operated by Keshiha Services Private Limited, located at 319, Rastrapati Bhawan, Plot 3, Sector 10, Dwarka, Delhi 110075, India.
By purchasing or subscribing to Auctra, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and any plan terms shown at checkout.
2. Free plan
Auctra may offer a Free plan with limited access to topic discovery, drafts, verified trials, and other selected features.
Because the Free plan does not require payment, no refund applies to Free plan usage.
Auctra may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue Free plan features at any time.
3. Paid subscriptions
Auctra may offer paid subscription plans such as Creator, Pro, invite only team access, custom, or other plans.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize Auctra and its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.
Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
4. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your monthly subscription before the next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by Auctra, cancelling a monthly subscription does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the active billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.
5. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the annual term.
Annual subscribers pay for the year in advance, but included usage credits may be allocated monthly unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Annual subscriptions may offer a discounted rate compared with monthly billing.
Unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by Auctra, annual subscription fees are generally non refundable after purchase.
If you cancel an annual subscription, your access may continue until the end of the paid annual term, subject to the Terms of Service and plan rules.
6. Usage credits
Paid plans may include credits that can be used for actions such as draft generation, verified posts, verified articles, image generation, platform variants, fact rechecks, or other product actions.
Credits have no cash value.
Credits cannot be exchanged for money.
Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your plan.
Unused credits are not refundable unless required by applicable law or specifically approved by Auctra.
If your subscription ends, expires, is cancelled, or is terminated, unused credits may expire.
7. Add ons and extra credits
Auctra may offer add ons such as extra credit packs, additional users, or additional monitored assets.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, add ons and extra credit purchases are generally non refundable once purchased or used.
If an add on is purchased by mistake and remains unused, you may contact us at hello@getauctra.com. Auctra may review the request at its discretion.
8. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same plan or billing period.
- A technical billing error occurred.
- You purchased the wrong plan and contacted us promptly before meaningful usage.
- Auctra was materially unavailable due to an issue within our control for an extended period.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
- Auctra approves a refund at its discretion.
Refunds are not generally provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Unused credits.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
- Low engagement or performance of generated content.
- Dissatisfaction with platform performance on LinkedIn, X, WordPress, or other third party platforms.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
- Account suspension or termination due to misuse, policy violations, payment disputes, or breach of Terms.
- Outputs that require user editing, review, or approval before publishing.
9. AI output and content performance
Auctra provides AI assisted content generation, research, verification, and workflow tools.
Auctra does not guarantee that generated content will achieve any specific engagement, ranking, conversion, traffic, business outcome, revenue, follower growth, or platform performance.
Refunds are not provided solely because generated content did not perform as expected on a third party platform.
Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and deciding whether to publish generated content.
10. Refund request process

11. Refund review timeline
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, or payment method used.
Auctra is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banks, card networks, or external systems.
12. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal, we may suspend your account while the dispute is being reviewed.

Auctra reserves the right to terminate or restrict accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, repeated, or bad faith payment disputes.
13. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Auctra or its payment provider may retry the payment.
If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended, downgraded, or cancelled.
Access to paid features, credits, generated content, publishing, or monitored assets may be restricted until payment is resolved.
14. Plan changes
If you upgrade or downgrade a plan, the billing treatment may depend on the plan, timing, payment provider, and checkout flow.
Auctra may apply prorations, immediate charges, future billing adjustments, or plan changes according to the checkout terms shown at the time of change.
Where possible, plan change details will be shown before you confirm the change.
15. Promotional offers and beta pricing
Auctra may offer promotional pricing, beta pricing, trial access, founder plans, discounts, or limited time offers.
These offers may have separate conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional fees are non refundable after purchase.
Auctra may modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
16. Taxes and payment provider fees
Your payment may include taxes, duties, bank charges, card fees, currency conversion charges, or other amounts depending on your location, payment method, and payment provider.
Auctra is not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment provider.
17. Account termination
If your account is terminated due to violation of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, non payment, abuse, or unlawful activity, you may lose access to paid features and unused credits.
In such cases, refunds may be denied to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
If changes are material, we may notify users by posting an updated version on the website or through the Service.
Your continued use of Auctra after changes become effective means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
