This Copyright and IP Policy applies to your use of Auctra’s website, application, AI content generation tools, verification features, image generation, Brand Profiles, Content Library, publishing workflows, and related services.
Auctra is operated by Keshiha Services, an applied AI company building products for content, research, intelligence, and digital workflows.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Auctra intellectual property
Auctra’s product, software, design, interface, workflows, prompts, Trust Panel structure, verification methods, brand assets, logo, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Keshiha Services Private Limited.
Users do not receive ownership of Auctra’s product, software, internal workflows, prompts, source code, design systems, brand assets, or proprietary methods.
Users must not copy, reverse engineer, extract, reproduce, resell, or misuse Auctra’s proprietary materials except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement.
3. User content
“User Content” includes content, prompts, topics, Brand Profile information, writing samples, uploaded materials, Article Library entries, generated drafts, generated outputs, generated images, comments, feedback, and other information that users submit to or create through Auctra.
Users retain ownership of their User Content, subject to the rights granted to Auctra in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Auctra uses User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, and support the user’s account.
Auctra does not sell User Content.
Auctra does not use customer content to train shared AI models unless the user explicitly opts in where such an option is provided.
4. Generated outputs
Subject to the Terms of Service, users may use generated outputs for personal, commercial, business, or publishing purposes.
Generated outputs may include:
- LinkedIn posts
- X posts
- X threads
- Articles
- Internal drafts
- Platform variants
- Article outlines
- SEO metadata
- Featured images
- Content summaries
- Auctra does not claim ownership over generated outputs created for users through their account.
- Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication.
5. Similarity and originality
AI systems can generate similar or identical outputs for different users.
Auctra does not guarantee that every output is unique, original, or free from similarity to existing content.
Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs for originality, suitability, rights clearance, and compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
6. User responsibility for submitted materials
Users must only submit, upload, paste, import, or connect materials they have the right to use.
This includes:
- Articles
- Website content
- Brand assets
- Writing samples
- Images
- Documents
- Product descriptions
- Client information
- Company information
- Third party content
- Users must not use Auctra to process or publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, confidentiality obligations, or other rights.
7. Brand Profiles and third party rights
Auctra may allow users to create Brand Profiles for themselves, companies, clients, or executives.
Users are responsible for ensuring that Brand Profile information is accurate, authorized, and lawful.
Users must not create Brand Profiles that impersonate another person or organization, misuse another person’s name or likeness, falsely imply endorsement, or include unauthorized confidential information.
8. Generated images
Auctra may generate article images or visual assets.
Users are responsible for reviewing generated images before publication.
Users must not use generated images in a way that infringes third party rights, misleads viewers, impersonates real people, misuses brands or logos, or falsely presents generated images as factual evidence.
Generated images must not be used as proof of real events, official documents, real charts, or actual screenshots unless independently verified.
9. Trademarks and brand assets
Auctra, the Auctra name, logo, visual identity, product interface, and related brand assets are trademarks, service marks, or proprietary assets of Keshiha Services Private Limited.
Users may not use Auctra brand assets in a way that:
- Implies endorsement or partnership without permission.
- Misrepresents the relationship with Auctra.
- Confuses users.
- Damages Auctra’s reputation.
- Violates law or platform rules.
- Written permission is required for commercial use of Auctra brand assets unless expressly allowed by Auctra.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content available through Auctra infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, contact:

- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or serious violations.
- Take other action allowed under the Terms of Service and applicable law.
Auctra may reject complaints that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, unsupported, or not related to rights owned or controlled by the complainant.
12. Repeat infringement
Auctra may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe third party rights or repeatedly misuse copyrighted, trademarked, confidential, or unauthorized materials.
Auctra may also restrict features, remove content, or refuse service where intellectual property misuse creates legal or operational risk.
13. Counter notices
If your content is removed or restricted because of a copyright or IP complaint and you believe the complaint is incorrect, you may contact Auctra at hello@getauctra.com with a counter notice.
Your counter notice should include:
- Your name and contact details.
- Identification of the removed or restricted content.
- A brief explanation of why you believe the complaint was incorrect.
- Any evidence supporting your position.
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Auctra may review the counter notice and decide whether to restore, keep restricted, or permanently remove the content.
14. Feedback and suggestions
If you provide ideas, feedback, suggestions, or recommendations about Auctra, Auctra may use them to improve the Service without compensation or obligation, provided Auctra does not disclose your confidential information in doing so.

Auctra may update this Copyright and IP Policy from time to time.
If changes are material, Auctra may notify users by posting an updated version on the website or through the Service.
