Auctra is operated by Keshiha Services Private Limited, located at 319, Rastrapati Bhawan, Plot 3, Sector 10, Dwarka, Delhi 110075, India.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If you use Auctra, you must follow this policy.
2. General rule
You must use Auctra lawfully, honestly, and responsibly.
You must not use Auctra to create, assist, publish, distribute, or promote content or activity that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsafe, or intended to mislead, exploit, or harm others.
3. Prohibited content
You must not use Auctra to create or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable law or regulation.
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, trade secrets, or other rights.
- Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful.
- Promotes discrimination, violence, or harm against protected or vulnerable groups.
- Sexualizes minors or exploits children in any way.
- Contains non consensual intimate material.
- Encourages self harm, suicide, or serious physical harm.
- Provides instructions for violent wrongdoing, weapons misuse, terrorism, cyber abuse, fraud, or evasion of law enforcement.
- Is designed to deceive, impersonate, manipulate, or exploit people.
- Contains malware, phishing content, credential theft instructions, or malicious technical guidance.
- Promotes scams, fraudulent investments, deceptive offers, or false business claims.
- Misrepresents identity, qualifications, credentials, affiliations, sources, or endorsements.
4. Misleading and deceptive content
You must not use Auctra to create or publish content that is materially misleading.
This includes:
- Fabricated statistics.
- Fake quotes.
- Fake sources.
- Fake customer testimonials.
- Fake expert endorsements.
- Misleading medical, legal, financial, investment, tax, or regulatory claims.
- False product claims.
- False urgency or scarcity.
- Impersonation of a real person, company, public figure, or institution.
- Content that hides material conflicts of interest.
You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing.
5. Misinformation and high impact topics
Auctra must not be used to knowingly create or spread false or misleading information in high impact areas.
High impact areas include:
- Healthcare and medical topics.
- Financial, investment, tax, or insurance topics.
- Legal or regulatory topics.
- Elections, voting, civic processes, or public policy.
- Safety, emergency, or crisis information.
- Scientific claims with public health or safety consequences.
- Employment, housing, lending, education, or other important opportunity decisions.
Auctra may assist with drafting and review, but users must not present unsupported or uncertain claims as verified facts.
6. Spam and platform abuse
You must not use Auctra to create spam or abuse third party platforms.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Mass posting repetitive content.
- Creating deceptive engagement bait.
- Generating fake reviews or fake comments.
- Creating content for bot networks.
- Evading platform bans or moderation.
- Manipulating rankings, trends, recommendations, or social engagement.
- Misusing publishing integrations.
- Posting content that violates LinkedIn, X, WordPress, or other platform rules.
Auctra may limit or suspend accounts involved in spam, automation abuse, or platform policy violations.
7. Brand Profile and identity misuse
You must not use Auctra’s Brand Profile features to misrepresent yourself, a company, a client, or an executive.
You must not:
- Create a profile for someone without authorization.
- Claim false credentials, roles, awards, achievements, clients, partnerships, or affiliations.
- Add false product or service claims.
- Use someone else’s brand, name, likeness, voice, or writing style without permission.
- Generate content that falsely implies endorsement, employment, partnership, investment, or approval.
- Use Auctra to impersonate a person or organization.
- You are responsible for ensuring your Brand Profile information is accurate and authorized.
8. Article Library and third party content
If you upload, paste, import, or manually add articles, links, documents, or other content to Auctra, you must have the right to use that content.
You must not upload or use:
- Copyrighted material without authorization.
- Confidential information you are not allowed to use.
- Private personal data without permission.
- Trade secrets.
- Stolen content.
- Content that violates third party terms or rights.
Auctra may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe uploaded or linked material violates this policy.
9. Image generation misuse
You must not use Auctra’s image generation features to create or distribute:
- Non consensual intimate images.
- Sexualized images of minors.
- Misleading images presented as real evidence.
- Fake official documents, charts, screenshots, or news images.
- Deceptive images of real people, events, products, or places.
- Images that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights.
- Violent, abusive, exploitative, or hateful imagery.
- Images used for scams, impersonation, fraud, or harassment.
Generated images should be reviewed before use.
10. Security and technical misuse
You must not use Auctra to attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.
Prohibited technical activity includes:
- Attempting to steal, reveal, extract, or reconstruct Auctra’s protected prompts, private workflows, source code, non-public product logic, security rules, pricing logic, or internal architecture.
- Prompt injection attacks.
- Jailbreak attempts.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, credits, authentication, payment controls, feature restrictions, or security protections.
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting the Service without permission.
- Interfering with Auctra’s infrastructure, integrations, APIs, or third party providers.
- Attempting to access another user’s account, data, drafts, Brand Profiles, sources, or connected platforms.
- Uploading malware, malicious scripts, or harmful files.
- Using automated systems to overload or degrade the Service.
- Benchmarking, copying, or analyzing Auctra to build a competing product without written permission.
11. Prompt and workflow protection
Auctra’s protected prompts, private workflows, verification methods, Trust Panel design, and non-public product logic are proprietary.
You must not attempt to:
- Extract prompts.
- Reveal hidden instructions.
- Force Auctra to disclose internal system messages.
- Reconstruct agent chains.
- Circumvent safety or verification rules.
- Use Auctra to test prompt leakage.
- Sell, publish, or distribute extracted prompt or workflow information.
Accounts involved in prompt theft, prompt extraction, or workflow abuse may be suspended or terminated.
12. Payment and subscription misuse
You must not:
- Use stolen payment methods.
- Abuse trials, free plans, promotions, or credits.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
- Share paid account access beyond permitted users.
- Resell access without written permission.
- File fraudulent chargebacks.
- Circumvent payment controls.
- Use credits or features in a way that violates plan rules.
Auctra may suspend accounts involved in payment abuse or fraudulent activity.
13. Use of connected accounts
If you connect WordPress, LinkedIn, X, or another platform, you must use the connection responsibly.
You must not use connected accounts to:
- Publish prohibited content.
- Evade platform rules.
- Post spam.
- Impersonate others.
- Mislead audiences.
- Abuse APIs or automation.
- Violate third party platform terms.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your connected accounts.
14. Research, verification, and source misuse
You must not misuse Auctra’s verification features to falsely imply that unsupported content is verified.
You must not:
- Remove verification warnings and present weak claims as verified.
- Misrepresent Trust Panel outputs.
- Alter sources or citations to mislead readers.
- Present AI generated summaries as official source text.
- Use low quality sources to support high impact claims.
- Publish content after Auctra flags it as unsupported without appropriate review and editing.
15. Sensitive personal data
You must be careful when entering personal data into Auctra.
You must not upload or process sensitive personal data unless you have the right to do so and the processing is lawful.
This may include data relating to:
- Health
- Financial accounts
- Identification documents
- Children
- Precise location
- Private communications
- Employment records
- Confidential client or company information
- Auctra is not designed to be used as a repository for highly sensitive personal or confidential information.
16. Enforcement
Auctra may investigate suspected violations of this policy.
We may take action including:
- Warning the user.
- Removing content.
- Disabling features.
- Restricting publishing integrations.
- Reducing access.
- Suspending the account.
- Terminating the account.
- Refusing refunds where permitted.
- Reporting unlawful activity where required.
- Cooperating with lawful requests.
- We may act without prior notice if we believe there is legal, security, operational, reputational, or user safety risk.
